Freedom Feathers Parrot Rescue is a nonprofit avian rescue based in Pennsboro, West Virginia. Our goal is to bridge the gap of care and consideration of the parrot. We understand that life changes happen and we offer a judgement free place for your beloved parrot to be well cared for until they find their next loving home.
